Customer contact details are not displayed publicly. When paid leads are enabled, we share those details only with the tradesperson who has a confirmed payment for that Job. Until then, we may share them only with tradespeople who are matched with, invited to, or permitted to respond to the customer’s job.

Publicly visible job information will not include the customer’s full address, telephone number or email address.

Tradespeople must use customer details only for the relevant job. They must not use those details for unrelated marketing, or share them with others without permission.

If you choose to put information in a public profile or public review, other people may see it and copy it.

Identity documents, private verification documents and full payment details must not be displayed publicly.
